**Sim Creation**
The Heir from House 006 will become the Main Sim for the length of this mini-challenge
- - Gender Preference may NOT be changed once game play has begun

-Create or download seven new Sims of the opposing gender of the Main Sim, or Sims that have gender specified options that will be compatible to produce an Heir with the Main Sim in the future.  Use the following guidelines (these Sims will be referred to as the Contestants)
-Human type or Alien races only
-Must be Young Adult life stage
-Set the gender preference for the Contestants
- - -This may NOT be changed once game play has begun
-Set relationship status' to Roommate of Main Sim
-Pick any Traits for the Contestants
- - -If you download Sims, make sure that they do not have any Skills or extra Traits gained (could give unwanted advantages)
- - -Try using Traits that you have never tried before or use a Random Trait Generator for a potential added challenge aspect (optional)
-Pick any Aspirations for the Contestants 
- - -You may change these Aspirations at any time during game play (swap often to maximize Satisfaction Reward points earned)

*You begin this House Mini-Challenge with the Main Sim and seven Contestants.  The Main Sim will be the only playable character in the Active Household for the length of part one of this mini-challenge

WHERE TO START AND LAST MINUTE PREPARATIONS

**Prior To Moving In**
*Move all Prior Household Sims (House 006) except The Heir to any Residential Lot, aside from the Springscape Lot in Oasis Springs
-Using Manage Worlds 

**Moving In**
*Move the Main Sim and the Contestants onto the Oakenstead Residential Lot (all 8 created or downloaded Sims if you are playing this as a stand alone challenge)
-Willow Creek
-Lot Size 50x50
-Using Manage Worlds

**Extra Prep**
*If the Main Sim currently has a job, they must quit and remain unemployed the length of Part 1 of this mini-challenge

*Part 1 of this mini-challenge allows unlimited household funds 
-Using the "testingcheats on" "Money" cheat
-Feel free to delete things or add to your Home Lot in any way (as long as the bed count stays the 8 bed count)

*Choose up to three Lot Traits (optional)
-These can be changed at anytime during game play

**Make Two Separate Game Save Files (optional but recommended)**
*The 1st Game Save File will act as your Main Save which you will play

*The 2nd Game Save File, will act as a backup of the Main Save, holding your place at the beginning of this House Mini-Challenge.  

Note:  It's highly recommended that you make these separate Game Save Files so that if you are unsatisfied with how things turn out or you do not complete the requirements in the allotted time, you will have the option to redo this House Mini-Challenge without losing all prior world progress

MAIN GOALS OF HOUSE 007 Part 1

*Conduct a Bachelor/Bachlorette style Elimination Competition using the structured days and rules (Please see Elimination Competition below)
*The Contestant who wins this Elimination Competition will join the Main Sim in Part 2 of this House Mini-Challenge

** This FREE PLAY time is not intended for the Main Sim to gain Skills etc.  Mix and mingle as much as possible with the Contestants in the Active Household and more or less use Whims as the basis for how the Main Sim carries out their days when NOT on outings etc.**


**Elimination Competition**
*Since all aging is off for the length of House 007 Part 1, you can always just carry the next step(s) to the following day or get within the same general time frames if you are unable to stick to the exact times

*ANY and all possible (allowed) Whims between the Main Sim and the Contestants in the Active Household must be pinned and completed as soon as possible, regardless of who might be in attendance.  The following Whims are not allowed and should be dismissed:
-Ask to be Boyfriend/Girlfriend
-Propose To
-Getting Married To
-WooHoo For Baby With

*If a Whim is not available you may choose to try advancing the relationship until the option is available, or you may choose to dismiss the Whim and move on

*If Ask On Date is rolled as a Whim, you must go on a Scored Date where the Home Lot is selected as the date destination
-This date may have to end early if the Main Sim is supposed to be somewhere else due to a scheduled outing or a scheduled date

*If the Main Sim performs a  Whim and is rejected, dismiss the Whim and move on

*If a Contestant is too busy to perform a Whim with the Main Sim, keep attempting until the Whim is either performed or rejected

*If a Contestant should die at any time they are no longer eligible to participate in the Elimination Competition

*If the Main Sim should die this mini-challenge ends - considered a house challenge fail

Day 1 of House 007 Elimination Competition
*Before 4pm Perform one Flirty interaction with each Contestant 
-If game play starts 12pm or later, plan to start these structured rules the following Sim day instead of rushing
*4pm Schedule a Party
-Choose a type from the following:
- - -Black And White Bash
- - -Weenie Roast
- - -House Party
- - -Incognito Costume Party
- - -Dinner Party
- - -Spooky Party
-Use the Home Lot as the Party destination
*11pm Offer A Rose to the Contestant who has the highest relationship status towards the Main Sim (A combination of general relationship and romantic attraction may need to be taken into consideration when determining who holds the highest relationship status)
-If Offer A Rose is not available, choose another of the Flirty interactions instead
-Evict the Contestant with the lowest relationship status towards the Main Sim (A combination of general relationship and romantic attraction may need to be taken into consideration when determining who holds the lowest relationship status)
- - - Use Manage Worlds 
- - -You may move this Contestant into any built Residential lot, leave them in the Household Management tab, or delete them from your world completely  
- - - They are no longer eligible to compete in this Competition 
*12am Instruct the Main Sim and the remaining Contestants to go to sleep
-After this quick instruction the Contestants are back to being unplayable
*Note:  There are a total of 6 Contestants Remaining

Day 2 of House 007 Elimination Competition
*Purchase 6 easels for the Contestants to have a Painting Competition
*8am Cancel current interactions and instruct all Contestants to Paint  on an easel
-Choose small for the painting size
- - -You may choose any painting style 
- - -After this quick instruction the Contestants are back to being unplayable
- - -If a Contestant stops painting, their painting value is considered $0 Simoleons
- - -The two Contestants who have the highest valued painting(s) have won!  
- - - - - -They will attend a more intimate two on one group outing with the Main Sim that will take place on Day 3 of the Competition (the following day)
- - -In the event of a 3-way (or more) tie, instruct those Contestants to each paint an additional painting and so on and so forth
*2pm The four Contestants who had the lowest valued painting(s) in today's Painting Competition, leave to go on a group outing with the Main Sim to any available travel location
- - -You may NOT select the Home Lot as a destination for this outing
- - -Use the Travel With interaction
*5pm The Contestant (on this group outing) with the highest relationship status towards the Main Sim is offered a rose (A combination of general relationship and romantic attraction may need to be taken into consideration when determining who holds the highest relationship status)
- - -If this option is not available, choose another of the Flirty interactions instead
*6pm Return the Main Sim and the four Contestants back to the Home Lot
-Of the four Contestants who were on today's group outing, evict the Contestant with the lowest relationship status towards the Main Sim (A combination of general relationship and romantic attraction may need to be taken into consideration when determining who holds the lowest relationship status)
- - -Use Manage Worlds
- - -You may move them into any built Residential lot, leave them in the Household  Management tab, or delete them from your world completely  
- - -They are no longer eligible to compete in this Competition

*2pm The two Contestants who won the Painting Competition on Day 2, leave to go on a group outing with the Main Sim to any available travel location

*5pm The Contestant (on this group outing) with the highest relationship status towards the Main Sim is offered a rose (A combination of general relationship and romantic attraction may need to be taken into consideration when determining who holds the highest relationship status)
- - -If this option is not available, choose another of the Flirty interactions instead
*6pm Return the Main Sim and the two Contestants back to the Home Lot
*11pm Evict the Contestant in the household who has the lowest relationship status towards the Main Sim (A combination of general relationship and romantic attraction may need to be taken into consideration when determining who holds the lowest relationship status)
- - -Use Manage Worlds
- - -You may move them into any built Residential lot, leave them in the Household Management tab, or delete them from your world completely

Day 4 of House 007 Elimination Competition
*Locate at least one of the fishing locations in the current neighborhood for the Contestants to have a Fishing Competition
*8am Cancel current interactions and instruct all Contestants to Fish at any of the fishing locations in the current neighborhood 
- - -After this quick instruction they are back to being unplayable
*10am Cancel all Fishing interactions
- - -The Contestant who has caught the greatest number of fish has won!  
- - - - - -They will attend a more intimate one-on-one Scored Date with the Main Sim  
- - -In the event of a 3-way (or more) tie, add up the Simoleon amount of the fish caught or you may instruct those Contestants to each fish an additional Sim hour and then tally fish caught and so on and so forth
*4pm The Contestant who won the Fishing Competition earlier today, leaves to go on a Scored Date with the Main Sim to any available travel location
- - -The Main Sim and the Contestant must stay the length of the Scored Date, this cannot be ended early
- - -If Ask On Date is not available or is rejected by the Contestant who won the Fishing Competition, then the Main Sim and the Contestant shall have a group outing instead to any available travel location
- - - - - -This outing should last four hours
- - -Use the Travel With interaction
*When the Scored Date has ended or the group outing has been taking place for the length of four hours, the Main Sim shall Offer A Rose to the Contestant in attendance
- - -If this option is not available, choose another of the Flirty interactions instead
*Return to the Home Lot immediately following the Offer A Rose or other Flirty interaction
*12am Instruct the Main Sim and the remaining Contestants to go to sleep

*2pm The three Contestants who had the least amount of fish caught or Simoleon amount tallied in the Fishing Competition on Day 4, leave to go on a group outing with the Main Sim to any available travel location

- - -Use the Travel With interaction
*6pm  Return the Main Sim and the three Contestants back to the Home Lot 
- - -Note:  Unlike all previous outings, there is no Offer A Rose interaction given at the end of this outing
*11pm Evict the Contestant in the household who has the lowest relationship status towards the Main Sim (A combination of general relationship and romantic attraction may need to be taken into consideration when determining who holds the lowest relationship status)
- - -Use Manage Worlds

- - -If Ask On Date is not available or is rejected by the Contestant, then the Main Sim and the Contestant shall have a group outing instead to any available travel location
- - - - - -This outing should last four hours
- - -Use the Travel With interaction
*When the Scored Date has ended or the group outing has taken place for the length of four hours, the Main Sim shall Offer A Rose to the Contestant in attendance
- - -If this option is not available, choose another of the Flirty interactions instead

There will be no Heir produced in Part 1 of House 007 as the Woohoo For Baby interaction is not allowed



A LITTLE BIT OF THIS AND THAT

*You may form groups with non-playable Sims (this is great for helping them build skills or perform tasks you'd like them to do, without actually controlling them)

*You may move items out of your non-playable household members' inventories

*Death Flowers can be used on your playable Sim
-They may NOT be dragged into non-playable Sims' inventories

*You may create or join Clubs at any time
-Creation on the Main Sim only

*The use of any Mods or Custom Content is at your discretion
-ALL play testing was done with a "vanilla" game

The Main Sim (From Part 1) will continue to be your Main Sim and the Contestant who was the winner of the Elimination Competition will be referred to as the Secondary Sim in this part of the House Mini-Challenge 

*You begin this House Mini-Challenge with the Main Sim and the Secondary Sim.  The Main Sim will be the ONLY playable character in the Active Household for the length of this mini-challenge

WHERE TO START AND LAST MINUTE PREPARATIONS

**Prior To Moving In**
*Move the household Sims that were moved to another lot in Part 1 back onto the Oakenstead Residential Lot using Manage Worlds
-Willow Creek
-Lot Size 50x50

**Moving In**
*Move the Main Sim and the Secondary Sim onto the Springscape Residential Lot using Manage Worlds
-Oasis Springs
-Lot Size 30x20

**Extra Prep**
*Sell or delete ANY belongings that either the Main or Secondary Sims have brought along with them in their personal or household inventories
- If  you choose to keep these items you must deduct the cost of the object(s) from the household funds before any other objects are allowed to be purchased

*Drop the household funds down to $0 Simoleons 
-Using the "testingcheats on" "Money 0" cheat

*Choose up to three Lot Traits (optional)
-These can be changed at anytime during game play

**Make Two Separate Game Save Files (optional but recommended)**
*The 1st Game Save File will act as your Main Save which you will play

*The 2nd Game Save File, will act as a backup of the Main Save, holding your place at the beginning of this House Mini-Challenge.  

Note:  It's highly recommended that you make these separate Game Save Files so that if you are unsatisfied with how things turn out or you do not complete the requirements in the allotted time, you will have the option to redo this House Mini-Challenge without losing all prior world progress

MAIN GOALS OF HOUSE 007 Part 2

**Building on the Active Home Lot**
*Create a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home worth at least $40k Simoleons (after Depreciation)
-A Room consists of at least 4 walls, a door, textured flooring and wall coverings
-Enter Live Mode from Build Mode and Depreciation will take place
-These requirements are minimums, feel free to add more to the house

**Goals during game play**
*Complete the Soul Mate Aspiration

*Produce and raise an Heir to the Young Adult life stage 
-The Heir will become the Main Sim in the 8th House Mini-Challenge
-Upon reaching this milestone you must stop game play if you are continuing on to House 008 of The Drifter Challenge
- If any Main Goal was not reached prior to the Heir reaching Young Adult life stage this House Mini-Challenge ends - considered a house challenge fail

There MUST be at least $1k Simoleons in Household Funds should you choose to travel (unless specified).  Having $1k Simoleons in Household Funds to travel will apply ANY time you wish to visit the following locations

-The Science Lab - No funds needed if your Sim is traveling for work
-Sixam - No funds needed if traveling while at The Science Lab during work hours

*Note: If a Sim is asked to an outing of any type, the event location is allowed to be traveled to for the duration of the outing.  This includes lots that are not unlocked at the time of the invitation



SOME THINGS NOT ALLOWED

*Host any Club Gatherings on the Active Home Lot

*Designate the Active Home Lot as a Club Hangout destination

*Have a playable character be/become a Vampire

*Use any age altering or life prolonging items

*Bring any Sims back from the dead

*Move any Sims OUT of the Active Household

*Control any Sims other than the Main Sim (Examples Below):
-Getting or switching Jobs
-Selecting how they perform while at Work or School
-Purchasing Satisfaction Rewards 
-Directing them to use items in their Personal Inventory
- - -Exceptions to this rule:
- - -Answering Phones
- - -Claiming Beds
- - -Taking a Pregnancy Test
- - -Having Baby at the Hospital
- - -Age Up with a Bassinet or a Cake 
- - - - - -ONLY allowed on their Birthday

ADDING SIMS TO YOUR ACTIVE HOUSEHOLD

*All Sims that join the Active Household MUST be added using the Move In interaction
-Does not include the following
---Adoption
---Babies produced within the Active Household
---Alien abduction children
---Whispering Wishing Well acquired Sims
---Created Clones

Note: If a Sim you are inviting to Move In has other Household Members, you may choose to split their Household or move any number of them in (within the game constraints).  If you are choosing to Move In the entire Household, you MUST check mark "Sell All Lot Furnishings" before the Move In process is complete

*Any Simoleons that are brought when a Sim joins the Active Household, MUST be deleted immediately.  Household funds MUST be reset to the amount prior to the Sim(s) joining the Household
-Using the "testingcheats on" "Money" cheat

*Any items brought in the Personal Inventory or Family Inventory when a Sim joins the Active Household,  may be kept or sold for Simoleons 

Note:  This Challenge is not intended to Move In prior mini-challenge Household Members.  Doing so may greatly impact the challenge in negative ways



ALL ABOUT THE HEIR

*The Heir MUST be made through the WooHoo For Baby command with a Sim who is a part of the Active Household and the Main Sim
-The following cannot be considered The Heir
---Babies produced with a Sim who is not part of the Active Household
---Adopted Sims
---Alien Abduction Babies
---Vampire Babies
---Whispering Wishing Well added Sims
----Sims added with the Move In interaction

*If the Main Sim should die before Woohoo For Baby is successful (resulting in pregnancy) this Mini-Challenge ends - considered a house challenge fail

*The Heir is considered the 1st born - even in cases with multiple births

*You may pick the Traits and the Aspiration of The Heir 

*If The Heir dies or is otherwise removed from the Active Household this Mini-Challenge ends - considered a house challenge fail


A LITTLE BIT OF THIS AND THAT

*You may choose the Traits and Aspirations of any Sims in the Active Household when prompted to do so (after Age Up)

*You may use the Form Group interaction with Non-Playable Sims (this is great for helping them build skills or perform tasks without actually controlling them)

*You may remove items out of the Non-Playable Household Sims' inventories at any time

*Death Flowers can be used by the Main Sim only
-They may NOT be dragged into any Non-Playable Sims' inventories

*You may Purchase and Manage the Restaurant in Oasis Springs
-Purchase on Main Sim only
-Any non playable Active Household members hired cannot be controlled at the workplace

*You may Purchase and Manage a Retail Lot in Magnolia Promenade
-Purchase on Main Sim only
-Any non playable Active Household members hired cannot be controlled at the workplace

*The Active Household may Create or Join Clubs at any time
-Creation on the Main Sim only

*The Main Sim in the Active Household has the choice of any career or they can remain unemployed the length of this mini-challenge 

*The use of any Mods or Custom Content is at your discretion
-ALL play testing was done with a "vanilla" game
-Using Mods or Custom Content may greatly impact the challenge in negative ways
